By booking an appointment with Change Course Auto Detail, you agree to the following terms:

Pet Hair Charges –  If you select the pet hair removal add-on, a base fee of $30 will be included in your total. Final pricing will be determined during our pre-service inspection based on the actual severity of pet hair in your vehicle. In some cases, removal may cost up to $100. If you believe your vehicle has a significant amount of pet hair, please use the comment box provided to give us more detail. We may reach out in advance to adjust your estimate to more accurately reflect expected pricing. Likewise, if the level of pet hair is minimal, we will reduce the fee accordingly.

Appointment Cancellations or Adjustments – We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or delay appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. This may include employee shortages, equipment issues, weather conditions, or other events outside of our control. We will always notify you as early as possible if changes are necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

Service Duration – Estimated service times may vary. Timing depends on several factors including the condition of the vehicle, whether one or two team members are assigned, and any unexpected issues encountered during the detail. We will communicate any major changes in timing as needed.

Personal Belongings – Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before your scheduled service. This includes, but is not limited to, items in the glove box and center console, loose items, valuables, and especially all baby or car seats. **Under no circumstances will our team remove or reinstall child safety seats.** Any personal items left behind will be bagged or boxed and placed safely back inside your vehicle upon completion.

• Access & Vehicle Handling – Please ensure that your vehicle is accessible and that keys are provided at the time of service. By booking, you authorize our technicians to move your vehicle as needed to complete the detailing process safely and efficiently. If access is not available at the scheduled time, your appointment may be delayed or canceled and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Vehicle Condition & Price Adjustments – Our base pricing reflects vehicles in average condition. If your vehicle is excessively dirty (e.g. heavy stains, biohazards, odors, excessive trash, mold, etc.), an upcharge may apply. This will be discussed with you during the pre-service inspection prior to starting the detail.

Final Pricing – All pricing is subject to change based on the actual condition of the vehicle at the time of service. We believe in transparency and will never apply additional charges without reviewing them with you first.
